Director
When Lynn joined the board the first time in 1996, she had already put in 11 years on another credit union committee. "I transitioned to the board as I wanted an opportunity to work more closely with LANECO management and employees in chartering the course," she said when asked why she first sought a place on the board.
Today, Lynn looks back on her 30-year career with the Lane County Sheriff's Department and City of Eugene with a certain degree of fondness. But it's her tenure with LANECO that has fulfilled her volunteer aspirations. "LANECO is small but has an opportunity to provide individualized customer service to the members."
She understands that it's the members who keep LANECO going by using the credit union's services as well as requesting future services. We're all here working hard to better the community. But it's people like Lynn who really are making a big impact in our lives.
