Member Services/Drive Up Teller

It was June 2007, when Briana joined the LANECO family. And she hasn't looked back since. She's an energetic professional who's also a mom to two very lucky little girls.

When asked about credit unions, Briana replied, "LANECO is my first experience in the credit union industry, but I know that it's our customer service that makes us unique," she said. "LANECO is very member orientated. We really care about people. We learn their names, the names of their kids and we get to know their families."

Briana happily greets all members by name, but often finds herself a bit more excited to see those who are bringing in fresh cookies for the staff. "There's one member that brings in cookies and fresh vegetables on occasion. It's wonderful to be part of a family like this."

Her after-work hobbies include all things kid related. With her daughter bounding ahead, Briana and her fiancé will often find themselves at kid-friendly events all over Lane County. "There's just so much to do here. And the people are so friendly. It's a great place to live and work."
